We will teach you the secrets of fermentation and clean grains, as well as all the techniques needed to make your own authentic double-heavy-ferment classic sourdough.
You will leave the one hour class session with pre-fermented dough ready to be baked in your home oven. You will also leave with a sourdough starter of your own, and all the knowledge it takes to start baking up a storm in your kitchen.
