Our private classes are made for groups of 6-12 people. We will teach your whole group the secrets of fermentation and clean grains, as well as all the techniques needed to make your own gut healthy, authentic, double-heavy-ferment, sourdough.
Everyone in your group will leave the 1.5 hour class session with a sourdough starter that they can use for the rest of their lives, pre-fermented dough ready to be baked in a home oven, and all the knowledge it takes to start baking up a storm in any kitchen.
Classes are held Mon-Sat at 8:15pm, cost is $45 per person.
